Educational workshop for the youngest (children over 4)

Holidays is a great time to travel. Agnieszka Wojciechowska-Sej invites you for a walk around the 20th and 21st century art collection tracing the route on the map with your finger, for a chat about planning and conquering space on a micro (in a room, a house) and macro (in a neigbourhood, city, region) scale and about the way in which the artists join the process of space planning based on the works of art of Władysław Strzemiński, Katarzyna Kobro, Szymon Syrkus, Andrzej Pronaszko… and about real maps, the meaning of their colours, symbols and other signs; about different kinds of maps: administrative, topographical, road, tourist ones. The workshop will also be a chance to create your own map of a dreamt-of land from the very beginning including a code that will allow do read it. This way you will never get lost on a holiday trail.
The number of possible participants is limited, registration required. Applications can be placed by phone at 605 060 063, Monday to Friday 8.00 a.m. – 4 p.m. participation cost: 10 PLN.
