The most interesting selected works from the collection of Polish and European art, including the paintings recognized as masterpieces of Polish painting will be presented at the Early Art Gallery. Visitors will have a chance to see both objects from Kazimierz Bartoszewicz family collection and works collected by the Łódź factory owners that contribute to the unique character of the collection..
Gaining new exhibition rooms at Herbst Palace will make it possible to present the works of early art that have not been made available to the public since the 1990s.
The complementary location of the gallery – a 19th century villa: museum of interior arrangements – will also enable the extension of learning the cultural landscape of the city of the 19th century.
